I'm not sure what took so long, but we eventually tried out the waffle iron gifted to us by the Stoney Creek Inn.
It's simple to use and works well.
We'll have to work on our batter and how much to put in the waffle iron.
But these turned out yummy.
It didn't take long before chocolate chips were requested.
Taking Miles back to his life-in-a-hotel days. :)
