Cooper is TEN!

My biggest boy is TEN years old today!

Double Digits has him all wound up and excited. :)

So does the fact that he's having a birthday party on Saturday.  We only do a party for 10th birthdays, so it's a big occasion.  And it accidentally actually means we're foregoing some of our other traditions.  There will be no scavenger hunt for gifts and there are no streamers covering his bedroom door.  All the action happens at the party.  Growth pains? 

He's handling growing up well.  Though not without transition struggles for us all, Cooper is becoming a great 'big' kid and a helpful young man.  It's been a big year with starting public school, and he's had adjustments, and he has conquered fears.  We're so proud of him!

I cherish each stage of life and look forward to what God does in his life this year.
