We kind of love snow at our house.
So waking up to it in the sunshine our first morning home was nice.
Derek had to go back to work, but the boys had that week off of school still. (👏👏👏)
It was so, so cold, but I let them out for a few minutes to shovel some snow.
And Owen out for even fewer minutes to walk in it.
The next day's temps were just a bit warmer and not quite as dangerous. So we bundled up...

And headed to the (neighbor's) backyard!
It was so cold that the snow didn't even work well for sledding since it was so powdery. But we gave it our best!
Then we took a trip around the yard to discover how different everything looks covered in white stuff.
The trampoline is always fun when there is snow on it.
Really, Owen thinks anything with these big brothers is fun. He loved it all!
By then all our eyelashes were frozen.
Cheeks were rosey.
And our noses running bright red!
So I coaxed them all inside with hot cocoa!
