On our Saturday "Christmas" morning, we had the boys' stockings out and ready.
So they were ready as soon as they woke up. Owen was first, and he wasn't sure how it would work, but also willing to go wake up his brothers when I ask him to.
He was quickly fueled by their excitement.
We spent the next little while watching them open little treasures and enjoying them.
And of course, Owen spent a lot of the time throwing scraps away.
Every little piece again... still while having fun getting to the gifts.
We didn't get to spend the entire day in pajamas this year. We got around and headed to Cooper's basketball game.
Owen brought along his new Dinoco Cruz... and kept getting way too close to the court.
So he sat on my lap... and posed for photos Miles was taking.
Cooper made a free throw, then missed one, but got the rebound and scored. Merry Christmas, Cooper! His first points in a game. :)
Then after the game, the boys and I stayed at the gym while Derek took an Uber home to get the other car... since I'd put the van keys in my coat pocket... then decided to leave my coat in the car. Oops. Derek save the day and brought the van keys back and we made it to Miles' practice on time!
Then we went home with no more plans. So, LEGO building!
Cooper got a robot.
Miles got a dinosaur.
