Our kid's program at church is called "KidsTown". One Sunday in December, the KidsTown kids sang two songs they'd been working hard on and preparing to sing in church.
It's always fun to have them get up front. :)
And they did a great job remembering the words.
Cooper sang the first verse of the first song with a friend.
He did so well and we were proud of him. We'd practiced quite a bit, and he was still a little nervous, but I didn't think it showed at all.
Our friends, Lyla & Jolie sang to open the second song......oh.my.word. SO CUTE!
This is such a great group of kids! They raised money through KidsTown offerings in December so they could donate to World Vision for the purchase of animals to feed needy families. The fourth and fifth grade (Cooper's) class also held a bake sale.
They ended up raising $650! Which bought 1 pig, 1 Sheep, 3 goats, 3 ducks, and 4 chicken for needy families!

I'm thankful for our church and the influence of godly people on our kids. I pray they'll always look for ways to serve and help others and use their talents to praise and honor JESUS!
