You may remember the little boat's maiden voyage and how Miles lost his sunglasses to the lake bottom. I was able to find replacement sunglasses, and then was on the hunt for a reasonably priced floating sunglass cord. We saw them at Bass Pro Shop for $6.99 each and passed them up. Then on a trip to Dollar Tree I found these, and I tell you, they're the exact same thing! :)
So, for a grand total of $2+tax, both boys got floating cords on their polarized sunglasses.
Miles was pretty excited when it was time to try them out.
He likes these glasses. And fishing.
Our church had a fishing day, so the guys headed out to join the fun.
Miles caught ONE little fish...
Releasing it is fun no matter the size.
Cooper never reeled one in.
But is certain the two he hooked must have been huge. :)
