Feeling the Love

We felt showered with love after Owen's arrival.
We had friends stop by and visit bringing gifts and food and meals.

Shelly, a friend from church and Life Group (small group), came to meet Owen and brought her kiddos, Zach and Emily.

Cooper's friend, Zach, took a turn holding Owen.

They also brought an assortment of fun things for the big brothers.
(And a baby gift!)

Isaac & Rachel (friends from Church/Life Group) had stopped by the hospital to meet Owen, but Rachel brought her boys over to meet him later.  Ethan and Malachi with Owen:

Ethan did great holding Owen.

And Rachel snuggled him while I drank the coffee she'd brought me.
Perfect.  :)

She also brought something for Miles.  She had planned to take Cooper and Miles back to her house to play, but Miles came down with a fever and didn't get to go.

But he scored this chocolate donut for having to stay home!

Jami came by (and brought a gift!) and cuddled with the baby.
Jami is G'ma Pam's daughter and Willa's Mommy.

Later that evening, G'ma Pam's Granddaughter, Kenna, came to meet Owen.

Her and her brother, Kaulin, were in town visiting Grandma's.

Their other G'ma, Jill, brought them over and they all took a turn with Owen.

Another Church/Life Group friend, Buffi, came by.
(Another meal bearing family!)

Her kids, Lily and Even, took turns holding Owen too.

And they brought my boys a cicada shell.
What good friends! :)

They also brought me a huge chocolate cupcake and cookies for the boys...
That were the size of their heads!!

Jessica, Church and Life Group friend...

Brought her kids, Emma...

And Aiden.

Then took all our kids to Bicycle Safety Town for a while.

Then ended up taking my boys to her house for the afternoon...
After they stopped at the store.  Thanks, Jess!

Our "Backyard Neighbor", Conni, came to meet Owen.
She also brought a baby gift and a gift for the big brothers!

Another Church/Life Group family came by to drop off a meal and meet Owen.
Shanna held him first...

Then Jack.
(who is Miles' age)

Jolie held Owen for just a second.  :)

Then handed him off to her twin sister, Lyla.
Who wasn't so sure of him.  Ha ha ha!

They also brought dino bubble guns for the big brothers.
(And a baby gift, a personalized hooded towel)
Jack picked these out, he did great!

My friend, Daphne, fellow homeschool Mom brought a meal and met Owen.

Along with her Hayden.

There are more friends that brought meals and didn't get pictured, but we're so thankful for all of the gifts, food and love shown to us...  thanks for reading while I brag on some of those who have been so kind!!
