Recently my Great Aunt and Uncle were traveling and came (a little out of their way) through Peoria. We made a plan to meet for ice cream at The Spotted Cow as they traveled through.
They were a little later than expected, but my boys didn't
care at all since there were bugs to watch while we waited outside.
They also posed with a spotted pig just inside the doors.
It's a fun little place that serves food, but also homemade ice cream.
These ladies were enjoying an afternoon game.
When Uncle Dave and Aunt Sherri arrived we ordered ice cream.
Cooper had mint chocolate chip, which is his favorite ice cream ever.
(Derek came from work for a little while, he had something with Oreos in it.)
Miles had something that was a mixture with candies in it.
I had "You Mocha Me Crazy" and it was delicious.
We had fun sitting and visiting over ice cream.
On the way out, Uncle Dave showed Cooper and Miles some canes another Uncle had made.
It was a great afternoon!
