Derek found out a that band he'd been following since he saw their viral video on the internet 😂😂😂 was going to perform a free concert at a Bluegrass & Chili Festival not far from us.
He took Cooper and Owen to check it out in Wagoner, Oklahoma, a 35 minute drive from our house.
While I took Miles to soccer practice and planned to meet them there after.
They got a sheriff hat and did arts and crafts.
Played games...
And walked the streets eating a turkey leg.
Which they shared after they set up lawn chairs for the concert.
Miles practice went a little long that night...
And by the time we were done, the concert was about to start. And from his practice we were nearly and hour away. So we decided we'd just go home instead of arrive at a bluegrass fest as it was getting over.
Miles got wind of the turkey leg consumed...
And decided he needed some nourishment too. Ha!
And Derek took some video of the concert for us so we could get in on it!
This one made me laugh so hard when Derek sent it!
