Cooper's Birthday - Games and Dinner

After Miles' game, we had time to go home and eat lunch.  Then I found G'ma playing in the boys' room again. :)

We didn't have long before it was time to head back to the gym for Cooper's pictures.

Again, especially with some extra time spent because of pictures, Owen loved have G'ma there.

Cooper's team was announced, the game started, and they won!

Then we headed to a local BBQ place that Cooper has been eying since JUNE! :)
We drive by it nearly every day, and it didn't disappoint, he loved the ribs.

We asked Miles to stand up and take a photo of all of us... 
so he secretly took a selfie!

Then this was the best photo he got of the group! 
It was right as Owen lifted up the paper towel holder like he was going to throw it.

So Debbie took one of us too.

A couple weeks before Coop's birthday, I'd sent a photo of a cake topper I saw on Etsy to Derek's brother Drew.  He has a 3D printer and I asked if he could duplicate it...  He did, perfectly!!

In retrospect, we should have put spikes on the bottom of it...
It kinda sunk into the cake.

Oh well! We surprised Cooper with it and he was thrilled.
