Take Your Parents to P.E. Day

Cooper and Miles' school held an event called "Bring Your Parents to P.E.".  

Cooper's P.E. day was first, Derek joined him at school.  He P.E. time is close to lunch, so it worked for Derek's schedule.

Along with a few other activities they did "Spell Your Name Fitness" and they do the required exercise to... you guessed it... spell your name!

There are some that are from the video game, Fortnite, so those are favorites!

They also played Knock Out, so Derek was able to keep his before hand promise to dunk on Cooper!

The next was Miles' P.E. day.

His P.E. is first thing in the morning, so that also worked well for Derek to join him.

There was some spell your name fitness that day too.

And some other fun activities. 

And another game of Knock Out to fulfill yet another promise that Daddy would dunk on Miles. :)

The boys loved having Derek join them at school.  It's also fun as parents to get a sneak peek inside the boys' world at school.  And a bonus when the teachers have great things to say about our boys. :)
