With the house under contract, there have been a few inspections etc we've needed to be out of the house for... so one day I took Owen to McDonald's, which he always calls, "French Fries".
I even splurged on a Happy Meal for him, and let him eat in the play place while I drank my coffee.
$3 for a happy meal that came with a National Geographic stuffed animal was a great deal.
And, we killed the necessary time needed playing!
Owen had the play place to himself!
He ran and laughed and played all by himself.
And somehow found his way through the maze of tubes and back down the slide.

Another day that we needed to be out, we did something less exciting and went to get the oil changed.
Owen doesn't mind playing with the toys and checking on the van through the window every little bit.
And he loved the free carwash! He asked nearly every day since if I'll drive back though. ha.
We also hit up the library... where Owen made a muddy puff paint piggy.
