These guys did some trick-or-treating tonight!
Cooper begged to be a robot... again. He was wore a similar costume when he was about a year and half old. He doesn't remember it, but has seen the photos, and really wanted a re-do.
Of course, everything is bigger and better the second time around. This year's costume has battery operated lights, thanks to Dollar Tree putting out their Christmas decor before Halloween!
So he's "Cooper 3000 version 2.0" this time. :)
Miles wore a different costume to an event we had on Saturday (more about that later!) but talked me into trick-or-treating in his Entomologist outfit from last year's "What I want to be when I grow up night" at AWANA. I'm convinced he just loves wearing bugs all over himself!
...even the back.
Owen's costume was totally last minute and thrown together with things we already had. I almost just put him in a dragon costume someone gave us. But I was unpacking the hand-me-downs and this suit was in them, I really wanted to use it. So I added a couple accessories and... Secret Service Owen!
He has no idea what he is... 😊
But he loved trick-or-treating this year!
He got the hang of it and was all in.
We live on a dead end street and there aren't many kids. We got candy from eleven houses, most of whom where expecting my kids and had treats specifically for them!
Some gave out full size candy bars, some gave other treats or even bags packed with goodies.
We did really well for only hitting a our small neighborhood, we have great neighbors!
Once the candy was inventoried, it was time to relax and enjoy it! 😏
