After we said our Bauer goodbyes, we headed back to Mleyneks. Derek and Owen admired Debbie's flowers, and I snapped a photo. :)
Owen spent some time playing with Aunts and "Funcles".
Then Grandma & Grandpa walked the boys to the park.
(So Derek and I ran some errands, thats like a date, right?)
They borrowed the neighbor's bike and had a little fun at the park.
By the time we got back, Owen was done with his bath and was snuggling with G'pa Dale watching a movie.
The next morning, we said our Mleynek goodbyes and hit the road.
With Troll hair.
Owen soon traded that for binkies though.
And tried as hard as he could to fall asleep!
Success! He took two good, long naps during the drive.
The big boys did their share of sleeping too.
It's a long drive, but we made it back to Illinois.
Owen wore his Troll hair to remember the trip while we unloaded the van.
