Our church had our annual "Grill & Chill" a while back. It was toward the end of May, but we'd had a little change in the weather and burrrrrr. It was a chilly day! But a picnic on the church lawn was still nice.
My big boys joined a game of four square while we waited for the food to be served.
And Owen played on the slide.
Thankfully we have a few friends with tween girls who love to entertain Owen.
They always do great with him.
Once the food was ready, we huddled together and enjoyed burgers and hotdogs.
Derek was still helping man the grill.
There was just enough time for my boys to wrangle up enough friends to play a quick game of baseball before we headed home.
