Derek's brother, Tyler, and his wife, Lauren, were traveling to Davenport, Iowa for Lauren's Grandma's memorial service. They've been wanting to come visit, so they left Kansas City a day early and came a little out of their way to spend the night with us before heading to Iowa. The boys were so excited to spend some time with Mason!
They're all nothing short of GOOFY! And come by it naturally. :) Mason found Owen's McQueen slippers almost immediately and wore them around. He has his own at home too. Ha.
Mason hasn't used a binky himself for a while now, but he also borrowed one of those from Owen when he found them!
The kids spent some time playing, and Miles had T-Ball, then we enjoyed dinner outside.
Which meant exploring the yard.
And jumping on the trampoline.
Owen and Mason got along great.
...even ganging up on Cooper. :)
Soon it was time for baths and bedtime.
The next day was rainy, so the boys got to watch a movie. My big boys couldn't let Mason leave with still having never actually watched the movie "Cars".
After the movie, we played a board game.
And after an indoor picnic lunch...
And a little more roughing up Uncle Ty...
It was time time to say goodbye.
It was fun catching up.
The Mleynek boy cousins had such a great time!
One more will be coming this fall too... when Mason will have a little brother!
