We made a stop on road trip home to Illinois...
Derek was in search of an item at Cabela's that he didn't find in the Wichita store. So once we got to Kansas City, it made a fun little break. The boys agree.
Because, well, fish!
And yes, more fish.
They also took in the taxidermy animals.
Which include elephants at that store!
It's a 'wild' display! 😁
They also did a round of target practice. I think Owen figured out his gun wasn't working.
But was up for some more stretching of his legs.
A quick run through the store...
Was just what we needed.
Then we hit the road headed for home! Which ended up being a quiet ride for the next little while.
