After almost two weeks away, it was time to head home!
Owen caught some last minute snuggles with Grandma as we loaded things up.
...loaded things up FULL!
So full in fact, that the coolers full of meat and the antlers got tied to the top. :-/
We took a different route than we normally do to avoid an icy front moving through. This way took us by Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals!
We took it slow and mostly avoided bad roads. Derek was more amused than I was that passengers in cars next to us were taking photos of us. We got the whole load home!
