Getting home after a trip, it always takes time to get back into routine. This time we managed to do it pretty seamlessly. Maybe it helped that I caught up some laundry before we got home! The first day back, as Cooper was making his bed, he stood up on his top bunk and stopped the ceiling fan with his head! Way to get back into the swing of things?
The first week, we got back into the groove of school days.
Which includes recess.
And bug collecting. Or examining collected cicada shells.
(He would have twice this many if they hadn't been spilled and stepped on more than once!)
We snuck in a four year old photo shoot with Miles.
Cooper helped me do more preparations for Miles birthday too. We wrapped some gifts and made clues to get ready for his gift scavenger hunt.
