We've had sub zero temperatures this week. The wind chill was -11º when Derek left for work this morning! On a warmer day is a whopping 17º when they boys and I ran to the post office mid-day.
It wasn't a quick trip either... it's the season for long lines at the post office.
A friendly kid in line near us gave Miles some stickers, which he put on his nose. Another friendly lady in line near us asked "what happened to her nose?". Maybe it was because he insisted on wearing my pink hat? Or because he's so pretty? :)
A different day, a different errand.... Cooper talked me into letting him use his Thanksgiving Bingo winnings. He's scored a $10 Subway gift card, a perfect gift for Cooper, he loves Subway!
But he got cold waiting for Miles to finish his sandwich and covered up with my coat.
Then we braved the cold to get back home. And we try to go out as little as possible!
Brrrrrrrrr!
Too funny about Miles in the pink hat. It was probably a combination of that pink hat and his beautiful eyes that had her confused. :)
