There were random animals running around at the cabins.
Including turkeys...
guinea hens...
peacocks... one that had only one leg.
And several very friendly cats.
The boys walked down to the barn anytime anyone went.
Grandma took them down there several times.
Where they could pet the horses.
And feed the duck.
A highlight for sure!
They saw the goats.
And ran around until they were hot, tired and filthy!
That meant they were willing to rest a little.
One afternoon we had a few hours to just relax.
...some REALLY relaxed.
Yep.
And then we got ready, set up a tripod...
And gathered around for a family photo.
Then immediately headed back to the 'big cabin'
to put steak on the grill for a birthday dinner!
