Baby Sitting Co-op Play Day

We've missed a few weeks of our babysitting co-op days this summer but we're still involved and we hosted it earlier in the month.  The boys were glad to play with friends again.
Miles, Hayden, Lily, Cooper and Evan.

Cooper got out his banjo and serenaded the group.

Then he let Lily have a try.

We also threw together a batch of cookies.

The kids took turns helping and yes, this is Miles' favorite 'picture face'.

As soon as the cookies were cool enough we all had one...  or two.

The kids played with toys and a few games came out.

Including a little bass fishing on the Wii.

We ate lunch out on the balcony.  (Lily's idea)

Then we changed into swimming suits and the kids drew with
sidewalk chalk while I filled some water balloons.

Next I gave them each a balloon.

After I got a picture of them smiling I told them to throw them at me.

It was pretty much a free for all after that.

The kiddos played a game of Duck Duck Goose while I filled more balloons.

We played some games with them, tossing them back and forth or seeing who
could throw them the farthest.  Or Hayden made up his own little game...

Back inside and changed into dry clothes, it was time for another cookie.
And Hayden made a game out of his snack too, eating it with a pair of toy pliers.

More games in the coolness of the AC.

And Cooper taught Lily all about Rescue Bots.

There was some Lego action to finish off the day.  A great day!
