If you're a long time follower of my blog, you might remember that we like to celebrate our little family Christmas the weekend before we travel to Wichita to see family. So this past weekend was our "Christmas"! Friday was our "Christmas" Eve. Cooper was a big help getting ready for our meal.
And when Derek got home we started the festivities. We enjoyed Pimiento Cheese stuffed Chicken Breasts (I added some spinach), Sauteed Sweet Potatoes and Spring Mix Salad.
And shrimp cocktail... which the boys ate by the handful.
Then we moved to the living room for a story.
Derek read the Christmas Story... the reason we celebrate.
And before we opened gifts...
Cooper took over the camera and Miles was his ever willing model.
