Sushi Time

So here's a little secret... the real reason I went to Hawaii... was for the fresh sushi!  :)
Just kidding.  Kind of.  It was something I was looking forward to enjoying while there!  We went to this little place (twice!) where they serve their food off of a conveyer belt thingy.  They call this style of service "Running Sushi".

You sit down and then choose your food as it comes around.  It was great since you could try a little of something that looked good, there were typically two pieces per plate.  For us that meant getting to try new things.

Then they add up your plates at the end and charge accordingly.
The color of the plate determines the price.

It was YUMMY!

Cooper ate his weight in fried shrimp!  He also tried a few new things, like inari:
Rice inside of fried tofu.  And using chopsticks.

Miles tried a few new things too, but this was his favorite.
Yep... hot dogs - sushi style!
