Miles' Birthday - Cake Balls and Bowling

Instead of a cake for Miles' birthday, I made cake balls.

This is the birthday boy's cake ball:

After dinner we took two and put a candle in each and Derek lit them.

We sang and Miles blew out the candles.

He actually started early and blew one out during the song.

And then we enjoyed 'em! 

Then we got ready and left for some more celebrating...

Bowling at the Bass Pro Shop's "Fish Bowl".

For a little birthday bowling!  This was Miles' first time bowling, he did pretty good.

But it was sometimes a group effort.

But mostly group fun. 

By then end, Miles was getting the hang of it.

And even celebrating for himself! 

And giving high fives to other bowlers.

These guys loved the Fish Bowl and are already making plans to go again.
