After bowling we went back home and called Derek's family on video chat.
So they could watch Miles open the package from them that arrived earlier in the day.
Miles loved the truck they sent and did a funny little happy dance when he saw it!
When we finished talking to them we called the Rouses on video chat since they sent a package too.
It had goodies from Rouses, Briones and Grandma & Papa.

It was a lot of fun to sort through all the fun.
He put the gifts to use immediately by using the scissors to open cards.
He got birthday cards from G'ma Jan, G'ma Bauer, Aunt Rita, Aunt Brenda, G'pa Secor.
(And an e-card from Aunt Kristy too!)
And if all this wasn't enough...
Miles thought he needed one last cake ball to end his birthday.
Well.... maybe two!
