We continued with our meal prep, it was time to put the turkey in the oven.
While we watched more of the parade on tv. Miles favorite part was Greg Heffley from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. He pretty obsessed with the series right now.
The boys gathered around to see Santa go by to end the parade.
Cooper helped peel potatoes.
So did Owen, with his toy peeler.
...then with his teeth!
Eventually, Derek got home and the food was ready!
Though we barely made a dent in all the food and had TONS of leftovers! We waited a couple hours before we started in on the pie.
Which got a thumbs up from Owen.
From Miles too, even if he ate mostly ice cream.
We also did FaceTime calls with both of our families. Miles and his cousin, Jonah, compared missing front teeth! Jonah is winning on getting them before Christmas! :)
