I started some prep for the Thanksgiving meal the night before Thanksgiving. Once Owen spotted the cranberries on the counter, he wouldn't stop asking to eat them. So I finally gave in and let him try one... with my camera in hand to catch is reaction!
The next morning, we a nice lazy morning for most of us. Derek went hunting, but the rest of us staying in pajamas for a while. Cooper and Miles like to put their feet under the couch when the heat kicks on and the hot air blows out.
We watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade while we started meal prep. Owen couldn't help himself... he had to eat more cranberries!!
Even when they did this to him, he ate a couple more!
I gave him something to do to sidetrack him. He helped make the dinner rolls.
A rolling pin takes a lot of concentration.
He's happy about his work.
He was having so much fun he didn't realize how messy he was.
Can you spot his roll? He actually did pretty well! He kinda wadded it up and then poked his finger into it...
