Fishing Pond Fun

After we got back from the Gathering Place, my boys really wanted to go show Papa and cousins 'our' fishing pond. 

Everyone found a spot and went to it...

It didn't take long before Alexa snagged one!!

It's her first fish ever all by herself and look at that proud face!!

Royce posed with someone else's catch...  ha. 

And I don't think this is Owen's catch, but he sure wanted a photo with a fish.

Cooper always catches something. 

And Lexa got a second!!

After a few more, we wrapped it up.

Cleaned up and Papa took everyone for burgers. Cheeseburgers are the way to boys' hearts!  Cooper even pulled a loose tooth part way through dinner so he could chew better!! 

We went back to the house were Papa did what he always does and got the kids all hyper before bed.

So bedtime stories with Derek was to wind them all down.
