The first full morning of my stay with Grandparents, was hair day. Grandma had been looking forward to a haircut and was up bright and early waiting. :)
Got her all fixed up!
My niece, Alexa, came over for a while since her Mama needed to go work for a bit. She's a big help and knows her way around grandma's house! We did some dishes and watered flowers.
Dad has a great backyard, this was also part of my duties while my parents were out of town.
Of course, there are some plants that my Grandpa has taken ownership of and he gets out to care for them.
While he was out, he realized that a pump wasn't running in Dad's fish pond. So my sister and I ended up FaceTiming Dad to help fix the issue. One that could have burnt out the pump had G'pa not noticed! I sure wouldn't have! ha.
Meanwhile, my boys were at evening VBS again with Derek's parents.
Who teach and help with the program.
And are in the skits!!
My night ended with devotions with my Grandparents.
That's something that has not happened in a lot of years...
It was great to have this time with them. 🖤
