Chrysler Crisis Solved

We looked at a van that Saturday before we went to eat cajun food.  We thought about it for a few days...  then went back on Monday evening to look again.

We'd taken it for a spin on Saturday and the salesman, Harry, rode along.
But the boys climbed in for a second look.

And we'd taken a DVD with us this time, to make sure that system worked.
You know, the important things. :)

We ended up making a deal!  And "Mr Harry Guy" as Owen had called him all weekend, got us set up with a temporary tag.  For some reason, the boys hit it off really well with "Mr Harry Guy". Maybe because he rode in the back on the test drive and goofed around with them. Now every time we drive by a Ford dealership that looks similar, Owen yells: "Hi Mr Harry Guy"!!  haha!

We're pleased with the 'new' van.  We ended up getting a 2012 to replace the 2008, it's in a bit better condition, and has less miles.  We considered an SUV for a very brief moment, but quickly came to our senses. :)  A van is just the most practical and economical vehicle for us during this stage of life.  At least until Owen is out of a carseat, we'll be living that mini van life!
