The second week of basketball games got cancelled. We had a huge, spring like, thunderstorm the night before, then a cold front came though. So we're guessing the parking lot was solid ice?
...because the view from our front window didn't look to treacherous. haha!
The next week everything was back on as scheduled. And this was the week Miles' team played his neighbor buddy Brodey's team. (The week that got cancelled was Cooper's team playing Koda's!) When I took this photo, they were joking about how they should try and make the game end in a tie.
FYI: There is no overtime in this league.
Miles and Brodey weren't on the floor at the same time all that often
But when they were, I'm pretty sure they were chatting. ha. One of Miles' classmates was on the opposing team also... and hit a shot right at the end to tie the game. hahahaha. Yes, it ended in a tie!
Back at the gym later for Cooper's game...
Miles sat with friends to watch.
Owen took about 842 photos of that game.
And random shots of people in the stands. Along with this shot of Derek watching, I have lots of photos of strangers... oops!
Owen did also get a photo of the intended subject matter.
Cooper's team won and they remain undefeated.
