Getting Christmas Going

We had a lazy Christmas morning...  and finally got Owen outta that Santa suit. :)

G'ma Debbie tried to take the big boys to get donuts, but the shop they went to was closed.  But we did still get donuts when we showed up at my parent's and someone had hit Dunkin' before they closed. 

Owen had a sugar crash perhaps.
Aunt Mandy spotted him hiding behind the furniture after he'd dug his binkies out of my purse.

He perked up and went outside to play with Jaedyn.

Derek and I went downstairs to visit my grandparents and help out with their puzzle.

Derek also sat outside with my Dad for a while.  Owen was with them but then came in asking for a snack.  Then he stated that he needed three snacks and we realized he'd been sent on this mission! 😂

There was time to kiss my niece, Lyla.
Really, she just wanted held since she's scared of Rouses dogs, but I'll take it!

Her little brother, Hayden, got plenty of attention too!

Soon, all those in search of snacks would be very well taken care of.

We did appetizers and snacks for our official celebration.

All served on charcuterie boards my brother Drew made.  Then let us all take one home!
