Core Kids Christmas

The Sunday or our "Christmas" weekend, the boys got all dressed up...
(and Derek was feeling improved enough from his bout with food poisoning to go to church. )

We haven't committed to a home church in Broken Arrow yet.  But we decided to attend the same church for a while. Partly to let the boys participate in the kids' Christmas performance, since we'd attended a week they practiced.  Core Church has two services, we attended the first service, so this is about half of the kids.

This is the only year all of our boys fall in the age range to all three be up there...
๐Ÿ’™And Cooper took charge of Owen. ๐Ÿ’™

Who was trying to play with the decorations on stage instead of sing.
At least these boys were on the very edge of the stage.

Unlike Miles, who gets terrible stage fright, and somehow ended up front and center!

He did the actions that everyone was doing...

But, as you'll see in the video, got really shy during the freestyle parts.
And they were told, like instructed, to do Fortnite dances!  And we all know Miles can get down with that!

You can also see in this video that Miles' friend next to him begging him to join in and totally confused as to why Miles isn't busting Fortnite moves like he did in the kids' room in practice!

Stage fright or not, they all did great and had fun celebrating the reason for this season!
Happy Birthday, Jesus!!
