On Halloween, we did some trick-or-treating in our neighborhood.
We started down our street, knocking on any door that the house had a porch light on.
It starting raining on us, so I mostly waited under my umbrella while the boys ran up to doors.
One of our neighbors sets up a "Tunnel of Terror".
It's a haunted 'house' that you walk through and get scared by the actors! haha.
I waited with Owen and Miles while everyone else walked through. Miles was too scared and Cooper said he was about to pass out when he came out! ha.
Miles had better things to do. Like save the earthworms from getting trampled on the wet sidewalks.
Since Cooper was dressed as a Fortnite Character, he did a dance (emote?) for me before we were done. Fortnite is pretty popular right now and we saw several other costumes from the game. Anytime they would pass, they would stop and do an emote, like in the game. I wasn't sure if it was funny or embarrassing. Entertaining, either way!
Then home to check the loot!
Once again, these guys did well!
And there was still time to hand out candy to a few straggling trick-or-treaters.
Owen can often be found in the pantry
He was really happy about this particular package! When given to him at a front door, he loudly exclaimed, "These are my favowite!"! :)
