The morning after the wedding, G'pa Don took all the Mleynek side of the family to breakfast. This was since we couldn't come up with a date that worked for "Thanksmas" this year and it would be so soon after this event anyhow.
There were donuts on the breakfast buffet, so the kiddos were thrilled.
And also the adult that came up with this combo...
The handsome bearded man shall remain nameless though. 😂
Aunt Kelly had some fun games for the kids to entertain themselves.
Then she started passing the gift from G'pa Don.
I wish I would have gotten a better shot of Owen's face when he opened his Magic Track set. He had just seen this in Walmart and begged me to buy it when I was asked for ideas about this gift... So he was so excited to open it and see what it was!
There were some funny game gifts too.
You can also see that Mason was pretty thrilled with his Bumblebee Transformer costume. Cooper and Miles got cool LED Scooters!
Owen took his gift to G'pa for a very detailed talk about his new track and a special Thank You.
Then it was time to hit the road for home! We had barely gotten out of the car after the seven hour drive and the boys were trying out their scooters.
They are really fun!
Owen talked Daddy into setting up his track before bed too.
...which he played with that night and immediately the next morning.
It was fun weekend and great spending time with family.
Congratulations to Alex & Miranda...
