Kaulin and Mikiah's wedding was a small family ceremony at 10am. So afterword, we all headed to the reception venue, The Hudson, in downtown Wichita, where additional friends were invited to attend. We arrived before it was decorated.
The family was served a catered lunch in a side room.
We had a couple hours before the reception was scheduled to begin.
So we did some set up, and spent time with family.
...and Owen had a nap. :)
The Bride & Groom went outside to take photos, then came back in just before the reception for family photos. Aunt Brenda snapped one of the whole Mleynek family.
Then the party started. :) There was tons of hummus, veggies and...
A HUGE pile of baklava. YUM!
And, of course, cupcakes.
There was also a waiting line..
For the coffee bar.
But well worth the wait. Cooper was pretty excited about this reception perk!
He comes by his love of coffee naturally. haha. I promise one of these was for Derek.
The sleeves were custom printed.
Some of my family that lives in town came for the reception.
My nieces played under the table.
The cake was cut and all the festivities happened.
Then a few quick photo opportunities.
Mikiah was two years old when I got married to her biggest brother.
I've pretty much always been her sister. 💕
