After Alyssa's wedding there were a lot of flowers... we ended up with a lot of them back at the beach house.
So we just started spreading them out onto every surface.
All the tables.
And even in the bathroom. :)
My suggestion was to set up a road side stand and sell them the next morning, since it was Mother's Day! (haha) Instead they looked lovely when more family showed up...
For a Mother's Day Brunch.
With an amazing spread, than included leftover cinnamon roll wedding cake.
There was plenty to eat!
And the house had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy eating together. There was a huge table.
And a second "kid" table.
Uncle Orv was allowed to sit at the adult table, even though the littles tried to convince him to sit with them.
Owen caught up with Aunt Kristy for a while.
And Izzie's bed head entertained us all.
There was time for talking and hanging around all morning.
It was a nice, relaxed brunch.
