Two days after Christmas, I dropped Derek off at the airport early in the morning. He was headed to Texas on a whitetail deer and hog hunt for Bowhunter TV.
So the boys and I got to hang out with family in Wichita while he was gone. Next up was another activity from G'ma & Papa... a movie!
And some snacks thrown in!
We found some seats, mostly all together. The big-ish boys took a row.
Anna and Izzie on the other end.
Though Izzie found her way to her biggest cousin's lap during the movie.
I sat with Owen behind them.
Candice, Kyndall and Lyla were next to us.
And when Ethan, Alexa and Mandy arrived, they filled in the between spaces. Mom was roaming around too, but she doesn't sit still much. ha. (Actually, she might have done well during this movie!)
I'm pretty sure eating popcorn was the only thing keeping Owen awake.
Because once he quit, he fell sound asleep. Literally as the credits started. Right.at.the.end.
We headed back to Mom's house where games were played.
And the toddlers could play with Papa's train.
i.e. ask him to put it back on the track forty two times. :)
