We got to the reception and found a table.
There was a nacho table set up for the guests to dig right into upon arrival.
Because Owen hadn't napped earlier, he fell asleep on the ride from the wedding to the reception.
So he had his nap while we visited with Uncle Jay & Aunt Sarah.
Soon, the bride & groom arrived.
Speeches were given next.
And the cake cut.
A very pretty cake.
The groom's cake was an ambulance since Carlos is a paramedic.
Around that time, Owen woke up!
...kind of.
Eating tacos for dinner helped perk him up.
Wedding cake and a cider donut helped a whole lot! :)
My cousin, McKenna and her husband came to hang at our table for a while.
Michael played cars with the boys and "Blue Jay".
(My boys were kind of obsessed with Michael because they thought he looked like Froggy Fresh!😂)
There were also coloring books for the littles to pass time.
And in the corner of the room, there were bistro tables and a crowd...
Because the Husker game was on!! Go Big Red! :)
There was plenty to do while waiting for the dancing to start.
...which these boys were excited for.
