Where it Goes

Running errands is always sometimes a bit stressful with all the boys in tow.  There must be something extremely hard about staying behind the cart and not touching things you've not been asked to touch.  There are some grocery shopping trips that go well, and once in a while we receive a complement about how well the boys are behaving.  Though I'm positive the complements come from people who were only near us part of the time, surly not through the whole store. 😊
Then there are days, when I'm not sure I want to claim my own kids...
even in Walmart. Ha.

I have to remind myself to lighten up, they are just kids.   Owen helped me smile when we passed the Folders and he started hollering, "Cuh-lee! Cuh-lee!" (Colors).  Yep, we keep our crayons in a Foldgers container. hahaha.

We had a little extra time one day, so Cooper was able to browse around and spend some birthday money.  He chose polarized sunglasses (for fishing!) and the game Clue.

Miles had a Walmart gift card, so he bought himself polarized sunglasses and chapstick.

That was last Wednesday, so we dropped the boys off at AWANA and finished our shopping at Aldi.  The cart we grabbed didn't have a buckle, which I didn't notice until inside the store.  Owen didn't take much longer to notice...  he laid down and said, "Night night".

After wrestling with him to sit down through the first half of the store, I finally let him out to walk. He immediately imitated my shopping habits.

He likes putting thing into the cart.  He tried to sneak a few things, but then was great at putting in the items from my list.

And who knew he knows where both the chicken nuggets and the diapers are located within the store!   He totally does!!

I spend so much time at the store filling my grocery cart...  I just can't figure out where it all goes. 😀  I feed my boys all the time, and yet, here is Cooper demonstrating that he most definitely needs a snack... before he finishes math.
