We always enjoy the annual all church bowling night.
This year was no exception. Smiles all around.
And not only because there was pizza.
There were also cookies! Ha ha.
Derek bowled with the boys while I followed Owen around the building.
We watched the bowling some...
But it was hard to stay in the 'safe zone'.
Derek didn't actually bowl as much as he supervised.
Cooper bowled the entire time we were there.
And Miles bowled right until he took a ping pong break.
Owen took off to look for random things to crawl on.
So we decided to put him in some bowling shoes...
Which he thought was hilarious since they matched Daddy's.
He had the help of all the boys the ball ramp.
He loved bowling with the big guy!
But he had trouble understanding he got to bowl twice on his turn then had to wait for another turn.
Miles got a strike and celebrated!
Then Owen went to check out the arcade.
Our friend, Emily, helped keep track of him a lot that evening.
Miles played ping pong against Owen during his aforementioned ping pong break.
When I went back to round up Cooper to leave, he was on the last frame of the game. And he bowled two strikes in a row! I took this photo on his next throw hoping he'd bowl a turkey... he didn't. Ha.
What a great evening with our church family!
