Cooper's Birthday - Part I

Flashback to February 2nd, Cooper's Birthday...

We hung streamers over his door after he was asleep the night before.

And tied a balloon to his bed so he would see it when he woke up in the morning.

A second Chick-fil-A location opened in town so both stores had free chicken biscuits that day.  We used Cooper's birthday as a excuse to go grab (free) breakfast.

Owen enjoyed the biscuit part!

There was a Mommy-and-Me activity going on, the boys made Valentine cards.

Cooper made a sad face when he discovered he will definitely not make it to his next birthday before he outgrows the Chick-fil-A play area.

He also made a funny face when I asked him to pose by his streamers with his balloon.

It's because he wanted his party favor to be blown out for the shot... that's a hard pose to hold and look happy! ha. 

Owen helped me with a few more last minute birthday preparations. 

So did Cooper, we made cupcakes and frosted them.

While Owen supervised and Miles took photos.

We finished and loaded up part of them for Cooper to take to Cub Scouts.

After a quick dinner, they headed out the door for Scouts...which Daddy took zero pictures of, so you'll have to take our word for it.   And wait for the rest of the evening's fun in the next post!
