G'ma Pam had her daughter, Valerie, and a few of the grandkids from Wichita in town for a visit. While they were here, Willa and Lena joined us and we all went to Tanner's.
We fed goats, first by hand.
Then out of the cup up the conveyer belt.
Miles scavenged for something to feed the chickens, but not by hand for fear they'd eat his hand.
They fed a llama... and it didn't even spit at Cooper!
Everyone played in the sand in a grain bin.
And next were pony rides!
Cooper wanted to feed the ducks, but when G'ma Pam got the feed for him, he started to get scared. She convinced, maybe forced, him :) and then it was alright.
These 'go-karts' were fun. The bigger girls gave a push.
But G'ma Pam ended up pushing somehow!
Miles ran to the top of a big hill. Then rolled all the way down.
Group picture on the big spider web...
Then the hay bale maze.
The kids all rode the barrel train.
And then a few played some mini golf.
We spent a lot of time running around the playground.
Koen and Cooper had a lot of fun goofing around.
And wanted to be teammates when it came time for the corn maze.
We split up into teams.
I was their supervisor and we got back first.
Another group photo by a big pumpkin.
And then we wandered around the shop looking at goodies.
And of course, the fish pond.
G'ma Pam surprised me and bought me a pumpkin cappuccino.
It was delicious.
Although just a bit chilly and windy, it was fun.
Willa and Miles even thought so.
Thanks for a fun time, friends!
