Post Op Appointment

A little update on Miles:

 He had his post op appointment on April 9th.

He read a book while we waited for the doctor to come in.

Once the doctor was in the room, Miles clowned around so much that the doctor asked Derek and I, "Is he always like this?".  To which we said, "Yes, yes he is.".

His appointment went perfectly and everything looks great.  We're thrilled with the results of Miles' tonsillectomy.  He breathes and talks so much clearer and is sleeping AMAZINGLY well!  He doesn't snore at all anymore, very rarely has a wet pull up when he wakes up (bed wetting is a symptom of sleep apnea) and his quality of sleep has so obviously improved.  He doesn't nap very often or fall asleep in such random places.  The car once in a while, but that's pretty normal for most three year olds.   He wakes up earlier in the morning too...  Not sure if I'm actually thrilled with that 'perk' but it's worth it for Miles' health.  :)
