A couple weeks ago, we had a busy Saturday, filled with fun.
First up was Cooper's soccer practice.
And then we were supposed to go to a pool party but since the chance of rain was so high, it got changed to a bowling party at the last minute. With a pre-party in the park before hand.
It wasn't raining yet, so we enjoyed pizza on the grass.
Cooper did the high jump.
And then cake on the grass.
Mmmm...cake.
This birthday duo were good sports about the change of plans and we all had fun.
(Emily turned 8 and Zach turned 7 exactly a week apart.)
We ended up leaving before everyone went inside to bowl....
Because we were headed to another birthday party.
Were the boys jumped in a bounce house.
And rode a 'roller coaster'.
Miles found a huge beach ball to play with.
And some friends to play with too.
He kept an eye on the sky.... and soon it started raining.
This party got moved indoors.
Who cares when there is cake, right?!
Happy 4th Birthday to our buddy Hayden!
Cake: Round Two.
There were balloon animals.
And with a short break in the rain we all ran outside to do another activity!

The birthday boy took a swing!
And so did Cooper... who didn't break the pinata but he knocked it right out of the tree.
Tied back up, Miles had a go at it.
He didn't get it, but eventually someone did!!

Whew... a fun, busy day calls for a nap for sure.
