On Memorial Day, we started off the holiday with homemade crepes. This was the first time we've tried them, and we WILL be having them more often!  YUM

After breakfast we went to the boys favorite place to

go when it's raining and we can't go fishing.

When not on the lake it's fun to pretend you're cruising around the lake.

If we really were on the lake, I'm not sure we would have made it back,

these boys pushed every button they could find.

And Miles was kind enough to take a picture of Derek and I "relaxing on the water".  :)

We moved on to other driving.  Safety first.

No shortage of toys at the Bass Pro Shop!

Miles showed Cooper a little brotherly love while looking at this fish.

And then he had fun checking out a tent.

And of course we spent some time at the fish tank.

And on special occasions, we use some quarters at the shooting range.

Cooper got a boost from Daddy.

Miles decided to just sit on the counter. 

Then we went home and relaxed as the thunderstorms rolled through Central Illinois.
