Library Fridays

Friday is our library day.

The first thing we do when we arrive is return our books from our last trip.

And usually get a drink...

we don't often walk by the fountains without at least pushing the button.

We go see if the bees are awake yet.

Then listen to them snore... the bees have been sleeping all winter!

If we're early for story-time, we browse the books.

But when it's time, we head into the story-time room.

On this day we were early, so Miles though it would be funny to sit in the reading chair.

Once everyone else arrives it was time to start things off with a song.

And then the stories start so we sit and listen.

Or take pictures of feet with Mommy's phone.

It's a restless crowd so the poor girl usually does a fun song/game between each story.

And then story time is over and we go pick out our books.

And head to the check out.  I don't have pictures of this process because it is often when I'm trying to help Cooper scan books (after I've finally located a library card) and keep Miles inside the library or out of the men's restroom.

We like going to the library!
