Brrrrr.... Birthday

My Birthday was while we were in Wichita.  I woke up that

morning to a nice covering of ice on everything and cold temps... brrrrr.

Not long after waking up I got a call from Derek who wished me Happy Birthday

and said my Mama should have a package he'd had delivered there for me.

It was a fun package filled with KU goodies...a shirt and a mug.

I spent a lazy morning around the house with my boys and then cold weather or not, I got to spend time doing my favorite hobby. My sister, Mandy, and I went shopping! We were looking for an outfit for her to wear to the wedding in a couple days. You're welcome, Mandy... I'm not going to post the pictures I took of you in all the cute outfits I made you try on...which you vetoed before my picture mail reached Mom's phone.  :)

 Then once evening came, I got to have dinner with some of my favorite ladies.

And these two cuties!

My mother-in-law was there.

It was a nice time with great friends.

And then yes, MORE shopping!

This time just a quick run to a few stores with Mandy and Candice.

(My newest sister-in-law who also enjoys shopping and a great bargain)
