On Saturday (April 6th) walked in the Autism Care Walk for Ethan.
...our 1 in 88.
We joined Ethan & Daisy's team along with others who love him very much.
We gathered in Wichita's old town area.
While we waited for the walk to start, Miles found the Popeye's Chicken.
He talked Cooper into hugging the chicken too.
My boys kept calling him "Chick-fil-a". Oops.
Miles also talked Cooper and Ethan into a group photo with the Wichita Thunder mascot.
I literally had to drag Miles away from the costumed
characters so other people could have their turn!
Next he found the Cox Cable guy...
After a hug he snuck around back and spied on whoever was in there!
(All while there is a group photo going on!)
And then we were off on the walk.
Daisy was part of the team so she walked with us.
Well... walked part of it anyway.
Miles hitched a ride too.
These two walked the whole thing hand in hand.
Of course, they weren't the only ones who did so! :)
After the walk Miles found yet another costumed character to smother.
And that brought the 2013 Care Walk to an end.
We love you, Ethan!
These are great pictures! I love this post, from Miles' obsession with the characters to the adorable hand holding, by everyone! The boys are just too cute together!
ReplyDeleteMiles with those cartoon characters was hilarious!!
ReplyDeleteMiles is cracking me up this week! First the face in the tub...now checking out the back of the character!
